Image We are already testing internal interfaces that allow AI to generate and adjust Board content, but there is no public version yet. The **Templates** and **Restore Points** introduced in V2 are also part of the foundation for future AI workflows: Templates give AI a clearer structure to work within, while Restore Points make larger automated changes safer to undo. ## Use the AI You Trust We want AI to work the same way as sync services: you should be free to choose the provider you trust. You can use the AI client you already prefer, just as you can choose your own cloud storage or file-sync service. Bentowise does not currently offer a separate AI subscription. We want to keep one principle simple: **Bentowise provides the workspace. You choose the AI.** Many users already pay for services such as ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools. Bundling another AI subscription into Bentowise could add unnecessary cost while limiting choice. Bentowise therefore intends to preserve user choice and continue with a primarily one-time, per-device purchase model. ## AI Assists, You Decide AI can help generate, organize, and adjust Board content. It may help create an initial structure, organize material, identify possible connections, or revise existing content. But we do not believe AI should become the research itself. **The most valuable insights, judgments, and conclusions should still come from you.** AI is a tool for supporting thought. The Board is where source material, AI-generated content, and your own judgment can be seen together, checked, and reorganized. ## Still Evolving AI integration in Bentowise is still evolving. As these capabilities become available, we will continue updating this section with new workflows, guidance, and examples.
