# Sections

*A Section is a group of content inside a Board.*

It helps keep larger Boards organized by grouping Blocks that belong to the same topic, stage, or purpose.

For example, an investment research Board might include Sections such as:

* Company Overview
* Financial Performance
* Investment Thesis
* Catalysts
* Risks

Each Section can contain different types of Blocks.

Sections can also be reordered inside a Board, so the overall structure can change as your research, reasoning, or presentation evolves.

A Section is not a separate file or Board.

It is a **structural layer inside a Board** that helps divide a large amount of information into clearer, more manageable parts.
