# Focus on What Matters

A complete board can preserve a large amount of context, but that does not mean you need to look at everything at once.

As a board grows, it often becomes more effective to narrow your attention and make the most important content easier to recognize.

## Keep the Full Context, Narrow the View

Bentowise is designed to preserve the full structure of your research while still helping you focus on what matters for the task at hand.

We recommend using a few simple visual signals:

* Make important blocks larger so they stand out
* Add cover images to make key blocks easier to recognize
* Use Markdown headings to create clear emphasis within notes
* Use Sections to group related blocks
* Use colors to mark blocks with different roles or priorities

Color can be especially useful as a lightweight way to classify content.

Later, in **Review / Presentation Mode**, you can filter cards by color and choose which ones to include in playback. **Search** can also use color filters to narrow matching results.

This means a single board can preserve the complete research process while still presenting or focusing on different subsets of information depending on the situation.

**Keep the full context. Make what matters easy to see.**
